Returns & Refund Policy
Your right to cancel

You have a right to cancel orders up to the point of shipping.
Please get in touch, preferably
by telephone, as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once an order has been shipped, it is too late to cancel your
order. Please follow the "Other Returns" procedure
detailed below.
Faulty Goods

You must notify us by email, telephone or in writing as soon as
possible if you need to return faulty goods.

You must return the faulty items before any reimbursement can be made.

On returning faulty goods, you can request an either a like-for-like
exchange or a 100% refund. We are unable to offer a credit note.

The cost of returning the faulty goods will be refunded.

Items found not to be faulty on return will be handled as per
the "Other Returns" policy set out below.

It will be your responsibility to package the items securely and
to adequately insure the parcel. Make sure you retain proof of posting
as you will need it to claim compensation from the Royal Mail in the
event that the parcel is lost in the post.
Other Returns

Please contact us by email, telephone or in writing before returning
your goods.

Returns must requested within 21 days of receipt.

Redress will be in the form of a refund. The cost of shipping will not
be refunded.

There is a 10% restocking fee on non-faulty goods. This is to cover
the cost of the workmanship required to prepare products for shipping.

Goods must be in resaleable condition.

Bespoke items or any other item made to your specifications are not
returnable unless faulty.

The customer must pay the cost of returning the goods in suitable
packaging and with appropriate insurance.
In all cases

Please note that you must return the goods before a replacement or refund
can be issued. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) and
we strongly recommend that you use a suitably insured service.

We request that you always contact us before returning your goods.
