Q What if an item is out of stock?
In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be
contacted. We will endeavour to give you an estimated date when it
will be possible to fulfill your order or alternatively, you may

Q How long does it take to process orders?
Typically, orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 working days. Please
note, however, that sometimes it may take longer, for example if your
order includes items that are out of stock. Jane Chantler Ltd will
always endeavour to keep you informed of any delays to your order.
For this reason, it's important to specify a valid telephone number
when you check out.
Q Do you require deliveries to be signed for?
Yes. Due to the high value of our items, we always require
a signature on delivery. This is for our protection and yours. We
will not post orders by means that do not require a signature for
any reason.
Q Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we can ship to most international addresses. Please note that
delivery takes longer and costs more to international addresses. All
prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling. Please ensure
that you know how much the total in your local currency will be
before confirming your order.
Please note that for international orders, we will only ship
to the cardholder's registered address (that is, the billing and
shipping addresses must be the same).
Q Am I likely to incur a customs fee on international orders?
Quite possibly. Jane Chantler Ltd is not responsible for any delays or
charges imposed by your local customs or other regulartory agencies.
It is the responsiblity of international customers to check whether or
not any fees will be imposed by their local authorities before placing
an order.
Q Do you ship to PO boxes?
Sorry, but we cannot ship to a PO box. No exceptions can be made
to this rule.
